The seats.io API in the EU region is back to normal speed since about 15:40 CEST. Between about 14:30 and 15:40 CEST, many API requests in the EU region took several seconds, and some timed out. This affected holding and booking seats, rendered charts and the dashboard. The NA, OC and SA regions were not affected. During this time, seats from expired hold tokens were released up to 25 minutes late. This was back to normal at 16:08 CEST. We have added capacity and are monitoring the situation.
