This morning in the early hours, the whole Heroku EU region went dark. According to our own monitoring, this happened between 22:09:47 UTC and 22:29:08 UTC (19 minutes).
We currently don't have any other information than what's mentioned on their incident page (https://status.heroku.com/incidents/1789), but will of course update here when we know more.
At 22:29:08 UTC, the incident was resolved and everything came back up again, including our apps. There have been no issues since.
